Fees
There are many different services I provide, and I'm sure we can find a solution that is affordable and that best meets your needs. I am currently an in-network provider with Cigna, but am also happy to help you submit claims for out-of-network benefits with other insurance providers such as, but not limited to, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, United, Oxford, etc. If you prefer to not use insurance, I use a sliding scale to set your fee, and revisit that fee at regular intervals to ensure it is reflective of your financial situation.
